Our commission structure is set at 35%-45% of the total sales. In addition, we require a flat fee. This covers essential expenses such as setup, staffing, and marketing efforts. Each item will be documented with, conditions, and estimated values. Research will be conducted to determine fair market prices for high-value items. All items will be tagged accordingly. Personal items or those deemed unsellable, such as documents or medication, should be removed in advance.

High-quality photos and detailed descriptions will be shared across various online platforms, including Facebook Marketplace and EstatesSales.net, to maximize exposure. Marketing efforts will be handled by SG Interiors + Selling Portland Real Estate.

Staffing will cover checkout, area monitoring, and item loading. Small, high-value items will be placed near the checkout for security. Bundle deals and price negotiations will be available as needed. On the final day, progressive discounts will be applied to encourage sales

A brief breakdown of sold items and commission deductions will be provided to the client. Signage and marketing materials will be removed, and a final walkthrough will be conducted to ensure the space is left clean and in good condition.
